| Process industry is very important in China's economic development. With the rapid economic development, enterprises are facing tremendous challenges in all fields which in the fierce competition. Enterprise information management can help them realize the production process information, which saving production costs and improving the economic efficiency of enterprises. Process monitoring system in process industry can promote enterprise safety production operation, which improving the level of automation and information technology and realizing information sharing services of industry Data. Therefore, it has important application value to research on Web server of process monitoring system in process industry and its key technology.In the analysis of the development and characteristics of process monitoring system, the structure of Web server of monitoring system is given which is the browser/server development model based on the separation of front-end and back-end. The integration method of real time data of field control equipment ased on OPC client is presented. The system provide real-time data sharing services by using RESTful Web services. Using single page application technology based on HTML5, the process data visualization is realized, and the Web server end of process monitoring system in process industry process is designed and realized.Experimental results show that the Browser/Server model with the front end and back end separation can better reduce the coupling of the system and reduce the pressure on the server side. Using OPC client technology to collect real-time data of industrial field control system, it realize the data integration of heterogeneous control system. Information sharing of process data based on the RESTful Web service is used to solve the problem of information island between enterprises. The single page application based on HTML5 can can improve the client's response speed and user experience which achieve the Web visualization of the process data. |
