Henan Vocational And Technical College Student Information Management System Design And Implementation

The rapid development of higher education cause needs the corresponding modern management and infomationization for institution of higher education. Student Management is the core work in management of institution of higher education. And it is the necessity requirement that improving the level of infomationization for student management of institution of higher education.According to the actual requirements of student management and problems in information management systems of departments of Henan Polytechnic, this thesis proposes an idea that takes operation management systems as basic data source, information management and query of student of institution of higher education as object, system integration and data integration as research object.Based on the comprehensively analysis the management information systems of all departments of Henan Polytechnic, this thesis discusses the function requirement and data requirement of student synthesizing management information system, the relationship between operation management information system and student synthesizing management information system, and builds system integration model, which makes sure the information source of the system to satisfy the requirement of synthesizing information service. This thesis builds the system function model, accurately describes the function requirements of student synthesizing management information system, detailed describes the system function model with case model, calss and object model of UML. The system data model also is proposed, and detailed depicts the characters such as date integration, data synthesis, data source and data storage. The system distribution model and system deployment model are proposed, which takes the character of user role and system security into considerations to maturely reveal the people oriented idea of the system.The system design strategy also is discussed in this thesis, and the system adopts distributed data architecture. The component technology is used to implement the system. The role management is adopted to guarantee the system security. The user interface and other related issues of the system are also discussed in detail.
