Teaching material auxiliary is a special kind of book publishing,in the spring and autum n of each year two production seasons,the manuscript concentrated in a short time into the pr oduction link,and the deadline to complete the quality of teaching material auxiliary producti on,with the characteristics of tight time,heavy task.Due to the limited number of textbook an d teaching assistant editors,in the absence of coordi-nation and management of multiproject r esources,editors will often be overloaded with work,which will not only lead to the problem that the project cannot follow the schedule,but also cause risks to the quality of the manusc ript.This paper is of practical guiding significance to help the publishing managers of teachin g materials andauxiliary materials to solve the problem of multi-project resource conflicts in the process ofteachingmaterials and auxiliary production by formulating the scheme of coordinating and m atching debswith multi-project resources.This paper takes the teaching material and auxiliary department of company A as the r esearch background,and finds out that when the teaching material and auxiliary department o f company A fails to implement the project according to the planned schedule,it USES the in vestigation method to dig out the real problem behind it resource conflict between multiple pr ojects.Take solving resource conflicts among multiple projects as the research focus,use caus al diagram and brainstorming method to find the causes of resource conflicts among multiple projects,and through statistics of past projects,confirm that the main causes of resource confl icts among multiple projects are unclear rights and responsibilities and unreasonable assignme nt of tasks.Aiming at these two main problems,the paper proposes the improvement plan of multiproject resource coordination and allocation,and explores the human resources of the de partment by adjusting the organizational structure,so as to release key employees into more p rojects.By using the key chain method to guide the development of project schedule,to reduc e the situation of multiproject parallel,achieve the purpose of resource coordination and alloc ation between projects.
