With the rapid development of communications business,the quantity of telecom network infrastructure grows quickly.The telecom operator should build more infrastructures to deal with the growing bandwidth demand.But the current long-distance DWDM(Application design of 100G DWDM system in the project)system would be unable to satisfy growing bandwidth demand even though the Alcatel-Lucent's,ZTE's,Fiberhome's and Huawei's OTN system have been deployed by Telecom in recent years.The modern high-speed broadband network is based on the DWDM system.The overall targets to deploy the DWDM system are building a high-capacity,safety,stable and extensible transmission network.It should satisfy the development requirement of the large granular services,too.The requirement of DWDM system should afford not only the demands of current market,but also the demands of service in future.Deploy the 100Gbps DWDM system offers the lower bit transport fees and the higher transmission speed in comparing with the 10G and 40G system.With the great changes from the 40Gbps system to 100Gbps system,Including PM-QPSK(Polarization-multiplexed Quadrature Phase Shift Keying),DCT(Digital Coherent Technology),SD-FEC(Soft-Define Forward Error Correction)are and so on,the 100Gbps DWDM system realizes the high-speed and ultra-long haul fiber-optic communication system without dispersion compensation model.This dissertation analysis the merits of 100G DWDM system by system security,service abilities,network latency,industry chains,and business cases.There is no doubt that the 100Gbps system is the best solution for the coming OTN system expansion in comparison with 40Gbps DWDM system.This dissertation mainly focuses on the basic theory of 100Gbps DWDM system and an actual project deployment.In first chapter,the current situation of DWDM system and optic network development in Fujian province will be presented.Secondly,the current the Chinanet backbone circuit,CN2 circuit,IPTV circuit,group GE circuit and the circuit development goal would be described.In the next chapter,the reason and scheme of upgrading 100Gbps DWDM system for the current 40Gbps system will be introduced.In additional,a practical project will also be presented in third chapter,a load-bearing schemes including the node settings,program planning,OTU board configurations,estimated investment and the advantages of the 100Gbps DWDM system will be introduced.In last chapter,a test report about the 100Gbps DWDM system performance and functions will be presented.In conclusion,the discussed scheme can satisfy the engineering application requirement.
