With rapid development of economy and improvement of people's living standards,the game problem of energy crisis and environmental protection is increasingly prominent.At the same time,the power grid peak valley difference increases year by year in our country,and the peak load growth is 10%or even higher,while that of valley load maintained at 5%or lower in most of power grids.It has become a development trend of the winter heating using heating system of electric heat storage device for central heating.It helps to reduce pollution,save energy and improve the utilization efficiency of load and improve the economic benefit using electric heat storage device heating instead of the traditional coal heating,which an important measure for controlling environmental pollution and peak load shifting.A control system of electric heat storage device is designed based on PLC platform,which can contribute to the promotion of electric heating,further reduce running cost,make electric heat storage device run completely unattended operation and realize the timing for heating element,automatic control of frequency conversion fan and system security protection.We control the outlet water temperature using fuzzy PID technology based on heat transfer characteristics of electric heat storage device for energy saving operation.First,the thesis research background and significance,the situation and research methods implementation of heating temperature control are comprehensively studied.Second,Analysis and Research on the electric heating energy storage device and its auxiliary equipment.And electrical design and configuration of the electric heat storage device are studied.Third,the control system of electric heat storage is researched in detail,which adopts the Siemens PLC as control core,Kunlun state touch screen as upper computer for intelligently control of heat absorption and release and real-time monitoring of running status.Finally,the heat transfer control of electric heat storage device is studied.A fuzzy control technique is proposed based on weather variable.First of all,The relationship between heating system and weather variables is analyzed.Fuzzy processing of outdoor temperature,select the appropriate return water temperature,.And the outlet water temperature is adjusted by fuzzy echnology based on for energy saving operation.
