In the whole process of the construction of mineral processing automation system,the designing and drawing of the construction drawing is the premise and foundation for other work.Construction drawing of mineral processing automation systems is used to guide the construction of automation engineering,the selection and processing of equipment,instrument,accessories,materials,etc.The types of construction drawings are multifarious and the number is huge,and the cooperation of the multi-professional and multi-departments is involved,and the application of CAD technology is lower.This thesis will initially explore the application of CAD technology in the automation engineering,to design and develop CAD software for typical construction drawing of mineral processing automation systems,in order to make the drawing process of the construction drawing more simple and accurate,as far as possible to achieve automatic drawing.The main contents of this thesis includes:(1)Through reviewing the relevant national standards and industry standards of the construction drawing of the mineral processing automation systems,this thesis analyzes design content and characteristics of all kinds of construction drawings of the mineral processing automation systems,proposes the typical construction plan of easy to aided design,and its information source,design process and design purpose.This thesis also expounds the design process of construction drawing of the mineral processing automation systems and its problems,and analyzes the functional requirement of the construction drawing design of the mineral processing automation systems,including the sorting,modifying,querying,checking,updating of the input information source,the generation and version management of construction drawing.(2)This thesis describes the aided design process of typical construction drawing of the mineral processing automation systems,including input information source and its design process,design purpose,and the standard design of information source.This thesis analyzes the design process and implementation of the design object,and classified design the construction drawing template.The overall design of the CAD software for typical construction drawing of mineral processing automation systems,including overall structure and system target,is introduced,and the four main functional modules,which are information source management module,data management module,information query module,construction drawing generation module,the human machine interface and database,are designed.(3)Using.NET Framework platform,Visual Studio development environment,SQL Server development environment and C#development language,this thesis develops CAD software for typical construction drawing of mineral processing automation systems.The overall introduction of the software is described,and the main function modules,human machine interface and database are developed.The application of CAD software for typical construction drawing of mineral processing automation systems is verified in this thesis.It also explains the software operating environment and application background,and taking a mineral processing as an example verify the application of the software.The thesis records the process of software applications,and analyzes the difference between the results of application and a specific instance.
