Research On Online Public Opinion Dissemination Element And Network Structure Of Natural Disaster

With the continuous development of modern network technologies and mobile communication devices,the microblog platform has gradually become one of the main media for the dissemination of Internet public opinion.The explosion of natural disaster online opinion has a high degree of uncertainty.The natural disaster online opinions burst suddenly with a wide range of areas and are also highly sensational.The dissemination and reporting of serious natural disasters in the microblog platform can dig out the truth of the disasters and is also a major access to social conditions and public opinion.A modest online video,a questioning article,and unconfirmed rumors were enough to set off a storm of public opinion,causing a series of information ecological problems and even causing serious damage to the society.Therefore,the dissemination of microblog natural disaster online opinions has gradually become a new problem in the study of major emergency online opinion dissemination.This paper is based on a systematic review of the results of Internet public opinion and emergency online opinion.In this paper,the literature research method,empirical analysis method,mathematical statistics method,and social network analysis method are used based on the perspective of information ecology.Based on the information ecological factor theory and the information ecological chain theory,respectively,and taking the Sina microblog "Ya'an Earthquake" as an example,this paper analyzes the discrimination elements of the microblog natural disaster public opinion and the network structure.The study of this paper is mainly divided into six chapters.Firstly,in the first chapter,the background and significance of the research,the research status of the online public opinion and emergency online public opinion,the contents and the methods of the research are introduced.In the second chapter,the relevant concepts of online public opinion and natural disaster online public opinion are introduced,combining the theory of information ecology and social network analysis,which is the theoretical basis of this article.Based on the information ecological factor theory,the third chapter put forward four main factors of microblog online opinion dissemination including subject element,object element,environmental element and media element and then carry out empirical analysis.The fourth chapter,starting from the information ecological chain theory,analyzes the microblog natural disaster online opinion transmission network structure.And then chooses "Ya'an earthquake" as a topic to obtain data,respectively analyzes network structure and topology network structure.Chapters 3 and 4 are the main parts of the study.The fifth chapter proposes the management strategy of microblog natural disaster opinion dissemination based on information ecological factor theory and information ecological chain theory respectively.The foothold of the practical level;finally summarized in Chapter 6 The conclusions and propose limitations of the study,innovation research and future research prospects for the process according to the study.Finally,the conclusions of this paper are summarized in the sixth chapter.According to the research process,the limitations,the innovative point and the future prospects of the respect are proposed also.At the theoretical level,the study of this paper firstly elaborates the research on the public opinion of emergencies and promotes the development of the Internet public opinion dissemination theory.Secondly,it combines the information ecology theory with the research of microblog online opinion to further strengthen the natural conditions of Weibo.Disaster locust communication management provided theoretical support;it promoted the application of information ecology theory and provided a new research perspective for the application of information ecology theory in information dissemination.On the practical level,the research in this article helps the public opinion supervision department to grasp the law of the dissemination of natural disasters,and adopt corresponding public opinion supervision and public opinion dissemination guidance.From the public point of view,it helps the public to use the microblog platform to master natural disasters.Cope with and take appropriate risk prevention.
