In recent years,due to social and economical development,variety of large LCD screen tile matrix display system with advantages of large screen,high resolution,long service life,7×24 hours continuous display for a long time to meet the request of various sectors for public display.But most of the products on the market without smart OS system,multimedia player and software upgrades function are weak.This thesis proposes a smart LCD TV video wall design based on Android platform combined with video processing chip.This article studies the video wall display unit image processing,image magnification principle and method to determine the captured region for large screen tile matrix.In order to solve the uniformity problem of video wall picture quality,puts forward a method of adjust the Gamma and white balance at the same time.In the thorough analysis of the goal of the system function,proposed dual chip processor system architecture design,also considers the technical requirements,cost and development cycle of system for selection of important chips,selected MST9103V2 video processing IC and Rock chip's RK3188 IC with Android system,implement a large screen tile matrix display system based on Android.The system uses modular design,mainly includes:master chip,Android system,signal input,video wall signal concatenated conversion and remote control modules.Design circuits with the above module functions,and then according to the PCB wiring principle,combining with the requirements of production process and appearance for design the circuit board.Then develop the software of the system.Firstly design the Scaler main process,according to the application situation of the video wall,focuses on software design of the automatic ID set,image captured and enlarged process,video wall commonly used signal automatic detection,temperature detection and white balance adjustment function.Completed design of the Scaler and Android communication protocols,interactive processing,test APK development for factory production used.According to the product characteristics develop detection project,test and debug the system.Debug with tools and adjust register parameters of the chip,ensure the basic function of the circuit is normal.After complete the basic function debugging,test the reliability and performance of the system,includes two chip interactive processing,video wall tiling performance,image captured and enlarged,the white balance adjustment function etc.,analyze and solved the problems that found,ultimately pass through the design review,and the development signal processing board of display unit meet the requirements used in video wall display and completed the task of project,and applied on 43BDL4050D,49BDL4050D,43BDL4051T etc.multiple models for mass production.
