Research And Design Of Management Information System For The Third Party Logistics

With the global economic integration and the social division of labor, and restricted by the restrictions of capital strength, most of the3PL enterprises grew rapidly are on a smaller scale, but this kind of small and medium-sized enterprises occupy the majority share. Due to the absence of unified and standardized logistics industry standards, coupled with their own small-scale, their business, transport, service level and competitiveness of the industry is low, and the development of the enterprise and the industry as a whole is hindered.In order to improve the logistics service level and core competitiveness of the small and medium-sized enterprises, and narrow the gap with the developed countries, the characteristics and problems of small and medium-sized3PL companies are analyzed by this paper, logistics needs complying with China’s basic national conditions and their own development are put forward, a set of standardized and systematic processes for small and medium-sized3PL characteristics of standardization is sorted out. In accordance with their logistics needs and the operating process, a specific standardized management information system is researched, and then the level of information is enhanced, the development and growth of the small and medium-sized3PL enterprises standing on a higher starting point is promoted. Research on logistics needs, business processes and information systems is mainly involved by the paper, results are as follows:(1) Analyze and obtain an efficient and competitive business processes.(2) In terms of logistics and transport, in order to improve the safety and reliability of the logistics transport, the specific transport safety and reliability rating system of small and medium-sized third-party logistics companies is researched; in the evaluation system, the standardized assessment index system is established, and evaluating and solving the model through the analytic hierarchy process is introduced; in the analytic hierarchy process of solving, in order to improve the consistency and accuracy of the assessment model, reciprocal judgment matrix and the credibility of the correction method is given, and the rationality and reliability of the assessment model through the consistency test and examples analysis are verified.(3) In vehicle scheduling, the problems and essential requirements of vehicle scheduling were analyzed deeply, select optimize of the shortest route achieved by construction of scheduling model; The shortest path solved by ant colony optimization in this scheduling model, and the best value of the parameter to be initialized as well as analyzing the impact of parameter initialization; ultimately, combination of automation and information technology achieved by integrating the scheduling model into the information system.
