With the pursuit of the quality of music, earphone is more and more widely used. Also the earphone market competition is more and more intense correspondingly. The sound quality of dynamic earphone is affected by many factors, while the moving iron earphone with balanced armature drivers is more stable and has a better sensitivity so that multi ways moving iron earphone gradually earned manufacturers' and consumers'attention. This thesis aims to develop a three ways and three divided frequency moving iron earphone and evaluate its sound quality subjectively. The current research and development is based on the basic theory of signal and acoustics, combined with experimental verification achieve the final result. In order to solve the wearing experience problems, this thesis describes production methods of the shell of custom-made earphone.Firstly, the thesis introduces the acoustic theory of the balanced armature receiver. Then the factors that affect the sound quality are tested and the general rules are summarized. The design goes from easy to difficult. It starts from the two drivers and two divided frequency. After several combinations, two "three ways and three divided frequency" projects are chosen. These two projects are evaluated subjectively by 7 subjects using the series category method, and the process of producing a custom-molded earphone based on the better obtained solution. At the end of the thesis, the author summarizes the experience and the issues need to be improved during the development and prospects the future development of the moving iron earphone. There are 77 figures,33 tables and 55 references.
