Dental anxiety is a common psychological state in dental treatment,which has serious impact on patients' treatment experience,timeliness of medical treatment and treatment effect.Investigations show that the noise caused by dental treatment is also one of the important factors which can cause dental anxiety.The article starts from dental treatment sound,selects the scope of the research through dig deep into the patients' perception evaluation and understanding of dental treatment sounds.Design experiment to collect the voice that patients actually heard during a dental treatment,and conduct objective analysis and subjective evaluation with the sound collected.Finally,build the BP neural network model for treatment sound evaluation to forecast the anxiety level caused by dental treatment sound.Firstly,the article learns the reason why the patients with experience in dental treatment feel anxiety and fear with dental treatment based on UGC platform text information mining and data analysis.Then finds out source of the anxious sound from a professional point of view from interviews with related employees in the Department of Stomatology.According to the information obtained,the article designs questionnaires to have some insight into the relationship between the treatment sound which causes the patients' anxiety and fear and patients.And determine the content of the study based on the finding.Secondly,based on the auditory characteristics caused by the sound transmission through air,bones,blood and muscles when shock acts on teeth,the article designs the sound collection experiment that replaced human head with a sheep's head and put sound collection device in the sheep's head to collect sound data.The article collects sound data when the professional dentist polishes the sheep's head with three dental treatment instruments by professional means.Make 40 samples with sound data and conduct Psycho acoustic properties objective analysis with the loudness,sharpness,roughness,fluctuation strength and AI index of sound data and chooses an appropriate psycho acoustic properties algorithm.Next,conducting the subjective evaluation experiment with the collectedsound samples.Choose 26 subjects who had the experiment of dental treatment and feel uncomfortable with the voice of treatment.Let them hear 40 sound samples,integrating semantic segmentation and grade scoring method,the article rates the dental anxiety according to their feelings.After selecting the evaluation results and reviewing the correlation between dental anxiety and psychological acoustics property parameters.Finally,the article builds the dental treatment sound quality neural network evaluation model.Take the three Psychological acoustics properties: fluctuation strength,loudness and AI index as input,take the dental anxiety as output,to compare the error of different algorithm when building dental treatment sound quality evaluation models,finally choose BP neural network to build the model and identify the main parameters and structure of the neural network.In the end,build the neural network model with predictive function for the anxiety caused by dental treatment sound,offer methods for relieving dental anxiety from the angle of acoustics,and explain how the neural network model is applied to optimize the sound quality of dental treatment.
