The emergence of intelligent gateway for industrial IoT accelerates the development of IoT to industry.Since there is no uniform standard yet,each major company is producing different functional intelligent gateway for industrial IoT and its supporting configuration management system.In this paper,based on the elements of industrial network data exchange,we research,design and develop a configuration management system for the intelligent gateway AriG which is developed for the construction of industrial IoT cloud platform by our laboratory.Through researching and understanding of industrial IoT data communication system,this paper summarizes three elements of industrial network data exchange ly which are device,dataflow and connector.We define generalized device and connector,abstract the medium of information transmission into data stream form.According to the three elements,the configuration management system of AriG is designed integrally,including requirements analysis,configuration management options and the design of functional architecture.Furthmore,on the basis of the overall design,project configuration,equipment and connector configuration and data flow configuration are designed detailedly and implemented separately.This paper implements the compiling and downloading of project configuration files.Compiling flow is designed detailedly and using SSH protocol to download project configuration files to gateway is accomplished.This paper designs the management subsystem within the gateway(AMS).Also,this paper design its functional architecture and operation process,then design the log management module specifically.Finally,the configuration management system we have designed and implemented is deployed to the server.And then we perform experimental tests to its functionality and performance.It is proved that the system realizes the configuration management function of intelligent gateway AriG for industrial IoT and matches the performance we supposed.
