Design And Implementation Of Final Project Management System In Directing

Final project is the conclusive practical teaching element in the last stage of the professional teaching process in colleges.In the process of final project,the supervisors should undertake a number of tasks,such as selection and approval of topic,project guidance,process monitoring,and review of the respondent and collections of the relevant profiles.With the continuous expansion of enrollment in college,the number of graduates is also increasing each year,the same as the supervisors' work of guidance and management in the process of final project.The original face to face communication and manual submission of papers are ineffective,affected by distribution of personnel and differentiation of process,and not only the time is uncontrollable,but also the process of data collection and sorting are redundant.In the background of the development of computer and network technology,the guidance and management of the project have gradually developed from the stand-alone management to network communication,finally to the stage of the interactive system.But in practical,the system can not meet the requirement of the implementation thanks to the different requirements of the final projects in different specialties.In addition,during the process of the information strategy of the Ministry of Education,the early system of the guidance and management for final project is out of date and should be improved urgently,when it is applied in teaching network platform in college.In accordance with the process of final project in directing for graduates and requirements of guidance and management for supervisors,the author designed a guidance and management system for final project which meets the characteristics and requirements of directing education.The system enables interactive communication between supervisors and students,and normalizes the profiles which were automatically generated as the template documents for final project;in hence,it achieves the management for project In a convenient and paperless in time,and copyright protection for the project works uploaded on the internet.Based in Browser/Server,.NET,Database of SQL Server,the system analyzes the functional requirement for requirement and process of final project,and constructs different function modules for system management,submission,guidance,and file collection and sorting for final project with different users,from administrations,students,supervisors,and etc.In the end,this paper fulfils the test of the system,and the system works well as the results,which meets the expectations of this research purpose.
