In the information society,issuing information and advertisements at any time and any place can help an enterprise launch products to users rapidly.Besides,users can get information from various mobile terminals to understand products.We can find a mobile terminal information screen with integrated multimedia functions in government office halls,banks,streets,shopping malls,buildings and elevators.The device can pass information to floating population in a variety of forms,displaying HD multimedia information in an all-round way.The expressions of information can be video,radio,TV screen,picture,animation,text,file,webpage,flowing media and database.Through Internet,programs can be released rapidly to mobile terminal display screens and display rich information to the mass in various designated venues.The open source system,Android,launched by Google,demonstrates simple development process,modular design and easiness for maintenance and development,which makes Android-based mobile terminal applications increasingly favored by users.This paper adopts Java EE platform for server system and has layered architecture characterized by controller,business logic and DAO.The developed Android clie nt is only responsible for interacting with the server's controller components to realize systematic businesses and Apache HttpClient is adopted to send requests and get response from the server to the controller of mobile terminal information management server;JSON is used as the data exchange format for Android client and server to realize the communication between mobile information management systems;through proxy server technology,VPN proxy server is used to establish the special access and data transmission passage;Fragment Technology is applied to realizing displays on screens at different sizes through different multiplexing modes.The mobile terminal-based information launch information designed and realized in this paper adopts B/S structure an d is on the basis of network platform.It uses distributed regional management technology that can issue and manage message uniformly;the system integrates the special transfer protocol and supports authority management to guarantee content transmission security and http for information download;the system not just can release text messages,but also supports audio and video,pictures and web pages,thereby fully integrating flow media signals,database system docking and other network application,including news,announcements,weather forecasts,bank exchange rates,listings,service information,rolling titles,emergency notification,video shooting,TV signal transmission,live broadcasting.
