Design And Implementation Mobile Ward-round System Based On SHP Architecture

The hospital mobile diagnosis system is rising with the development of wireless LAN and mobile terminal.This paper based on a full understanding of the current development status of mobile rounds at home and abroad,mainly analyzes the problems existing in the vital signs of patients and medical information protection system of the current mobile rounds.Based on the current popular SHP(Spring,Hibernate and Phone Gap)framework for the development of mobile diagnosis system,vital signs module and focus on the design of mobile rounds in the system and medical protection module.In the vital sign module,the management of the patient's physical sign data and the interaction between the data and the data of the three test is the main function of the data.In this paper,we use the MVC(model-view-controller)Spring framework to realize the data management and data cross system access.This paper analyzes the state of "nursing writing norms" standard three single rendering and display problems,combined with the demand on the vital signs of patients in a hospital ward in the aspects of the process,on the basis of using the java.awt toolkit and JFree Chart technology to achieve the standard three test si ngle drawing.In the aspect of medical protection,this paper studies the HIPAA(Insurance Portability and Accountability Act Health)medical bills,and designs the security design strategy of medical protection according to the standard.Are the role of r ounds access control,client and server double end data check and database encryption key.The realization of mobile access control section rounds role oriented programming technology;in the double end data verification,using j Query Validate technology t o achieve the client data validation,and based on regular expressions and the java reflection mechanism to achieve data server authentication;key information in database encryption,by rewriting the Spring in the framework of Property Placeholder Configurer database configuration information encryption and read.Completed the design of vital signs module to facilitate the doctors and nurses on the vital signs of information input and query,improve the efficiency of the work of health care workers.And the module of the three measurement of a single drawing and display function,so that the medical staff from the traditional paper to draw the three measurement of single information released,through the software to draw three single information to improve the reliability of the diagnosis.Medical information protection system integrity,reasonable protection of the privacy of the patient,ensure data integrity,improve data security,the implementation of medical information protection system for mobile round s.The design and implementation of mobile rounds system improves the work efficiency of the medical staff,the medical staff freed from tedious work,increase staff to communicate with patients,improve patient satisfaction,embodies the core principles of hospital patient centered.
