Design And Implementation Of Documentation Storage System

With the issue of “the development of the national archives of the eleventh five-year plan”,digital file archives has become one of the important contents of archives information construction at present.In this environment,with the increasing number of units of business,the original way of manual records management can't be satisfied the demand of the enterprise development and change.In order to remedy the situation,this paper discusses the construction of the file data storage systems in LanFei company.The main research work has the following several aspects:(1)It analyzes the needs of file data storage system,constructs the system of the business process,the logical organization and the architecture,projects the function of information system,discusses system security policy,and discusses the data structure and design of the system.(2)It designs several subsystems,such as file management,file reorganizing,archives management,original management,statistics report,OA interface,system maintenance,and detailed designs the algorithm which the key function modules in the system.(3)It summarizes the construction of the file data storage systems in LanFei company,and puts forward the next focus.
