| The teaching management of colleges labs is an important part of four-year teaching management. With the gradual improvement of colleges management reform and the further standardization and complication of the labs construction, the labs management job of colleges and universities becomes more and more complex and heavy, especially the opening of the labs comes up with new challenges for the management of traditional labs. In order to ease the labs management staffs'workload, improve the work efficiency, strengthen the labs teaching and opening labs management and efficiently control and manage the plan, purchase, maintenance and use of the instrument equipment and less valuable and easily consumed goods, it is necessary to set up a set of comprehensive information management system of colleges and universities labs. This system can also provides the original information and basic data for the evaluation of the labs and promote the mutual share of the lab resources in and outside school.This paper analyzes the current management conditions of the colleges and universities labs. Against the background of Eastern Liaoning university labs management, it analyzes the comprehensive information management need and designs the function model of comprehensive information management of colleges and universities labs through the methods of structural analyses.The main contents include basic data management, lab teaching management, lab opening management, the instrument equipment management, the management of less valuable and easily consumed goods, the management of lab knowledge, the evaluation and the inquiry of comprehensive information and so on. Then analyze and set up the database model including the students, teachers, experimental course, experiment item, instrument equipment and experimental knowledge. Finally, realize initially the comprehensive information management system of colleges labs through adopting the techniques of JSP, Java Bean, ServLet and MySQL. |
