Virtual Private Network(VPN)is extending of an intranet in Internet.The scale of VPN is expanding with the development of information technology companies,and which has been widely used,such as government,medium-sized enterprises.That lead to the complex management and security issues become the biggest challenge to VPN develop.The security of VPN is very importance,which have the important data and application of user.It's necessary design the appropriate service management program control running status of system,and regulate the behavior of users,to ensure the reliability and safety of system.In this paper,firstly,the related work of VPN control and management system is analyzed,and drawback of traditional VPN system that the security ecertification can't synchronize with client system is studied;Then,the purposes of system development is introduced,and requirement of server and client is analyzed;Finally,the architecture of server and client software is designed,and some key technology is developed,such as,Client access technology,the network packet analysis technology,In advanced monitoring function implementation process,firstly,the range of safety is real-time optimized by the intelligent optimization algorithm(genetic algorithm,GA),and then set the identify state of security level to client automatically,meanwhile,an intelligent recommendation algorithm used to decision.Those intellectual technologies reduce the influence of human factor for the system.In this study,the design and implementation of intelligent VPN control management system completed,and the test results indicate that the system is designed practical value and have primary intelligent decision-making function.
