Research Of WASU Corporation Based On Tri-networks Integration Policy

The policy of tri-networks integration announcement has obvious huge impact on radio and television.It becomes a realistic problem on how to make cost down,take and enhance its advantages,improve competence to explore market under the situation of tri-network integration.It is hard and difficult to get it resolved by upgrade and rebuild traditional network under the policy.Only if the party persists in reform and innovation,it could get surpass the other competitors in the market.The purpose of this study is to find out a way to survive which is suitable for operators of radios and television networks through in-depth analysis on the operational status of the radio and television operators under the background of the tri-network integration policy emerged.Therefore,this thesis describes the background and significance of the research at first.It is based on research and reference of the practices and deployment strategy on 'triple play' in Western developed countries.According to the "triple play" relevant policies and regulations of the National Administration of Radio,Film and Television and the analysis of WASU IPTV practices,the typical one of radios and television network operators,this thesis point out the way out is innovation.Then,Strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and challenges of TV network are highlighted and it been compared with communication network so as to find out its advantages and disadvantages in the development of the TV networks by using the framework of SWOT analysis tool.Finally,this thesis proposes the measure and way to enhance TV network operation,business and service capabilities and comes out ideas and advices to move forward developing of tri-network.This paper provides a new research for Radio and Television corporations on reaction of tri-networks.It proposes new concept and idea about exploring business with tri-networks integration based on practices analysis of WASU IPTV,which will be valuable and a good reference for overall Radio and Television enterprises.
