The Financial Management System For SME Developed By The Business Basic Platform

The main purpose of this thesis is through in-depth understanding of the operationmechanism of SME funding and financial processes, to design a financial managementsystem. The system will be beneficial to the standardization of financial management,and improve the efficiency of the use of funds, improve the scientific decision-makingof corporate financial management.The development work is to start from the object-oriented programming techniquesinvolving graphical interface, database, components and other technology. Thedevelopment of this system is based on Windows XP and SQL2000runtimeenvironment, using the professional version of the Jeez business base platform asmiddleware, dynamic link library written in C#to complete secondary development. Iuse the platform to develop roughly gone through the following process:1, systemdesign;2, create a database;3, the definition of entities;4, the definition of interface;5,business logic implementation;6, database and component packaging;7, the systemrelease;8, system maintenance.The results: After studying the needs and characteristics of SME in financialmanagement from the perspective of software engineering, comprehensive, systematicanalysis of the financial management systems, business processes, carried out a detaileddesign of the functionality of the system. In accordance with business needs andprocessing requirements, build a functional sub-module of the system, design thesoftware architecture of each subsystem. Detailed analysis of the conceptual model ofthe database, the logical structure of the rational design of the system database, systemmodule functions as follows:(1) General ledger to complete the processing of the certificate, provide a variety ofbooks and reports, support for multi-currency accounting and number of auxiliary,while supporting custom accounting programs.(2) The report definition and query a variety of statutory accounts, managementreports and custom reports. The system provides each business subsystem take a fewformulas, and the flexibility to define a variety of complex reports. It designs generally the balance sheet, income statement and the owners’ equity.(3) The cash flow statement the cash flows and the system of certificates specifiedin the general ledger system automatically split the certificate of algorithms toautomatically generate cash flow management reports.(4) Asset management to deal with a variety of fixed assets and consumablesbusiness, including the increase of fixed assets, reduced changes and provision fordepreciation.This system is only a part of a large ERP system, but I hope that this design, so thatmore users recognize that the ultimate business infrastructure platform powerful use ofits complete ERP system, played an initiate role.
