In this thesis,adaptive gain control readout circuit of CTIA and BGMI are analyzed for high sensitivity and wide dynamic range photo-detector.The capacitance adjustable gain control was achieved in the readout circuit of CTIA and the current adjustable gain control was achieved in the readout circuit of BGMI.Integrated capacitors were analyzed to make the better choose.At the same time,the CDS technology readout has been analyzed,and the parasitic capacitance effect of the output stage buffer was discussed.After designed and verified for circuits and layouts,the 1 × 64 adjustable gain control readout circuits was processed using 0.35?m 2P4M CMOS mixed analog-digital technology.The influence of photo-detector readout noise was analyzed and its suppression was discussed.The packaging substrate was processed successfully to dock the photo-detector and readout circuit.The voltage response of different readout mode for 64 pixels photo-detector was test.The readout characteristics according to the optical response in room temperature and low temperature were analyzed.At last,the embedded system was adjusted,and the data and graphics gotten from the system were analyzed,so that we can obtain the spectral acquisition.
