Design And Implementation Of An Android Client For Network Measurement System

In modern society,mobile devices have greatly changed people,s life.People are even more sensitive with the quality of network as time elapses,Network measurement,as a method of evaluating the quality of network service and performance,has attached people' s attention and becomes a hot topic at home and abroad.The current network measurement studies mainly focus on building measuring platform and designing measurement algorithms,little efforts has been done on improving user interaction of measurement system.This article bases on large-scale network and business performance monitoring system.So we aim to make network measurement system easy to use by providing users with a mobile application of measurement system.Real-time access to the system through mobile terminal will greatly facilitate the operation of users.Therefore,the main objective of our article is to achieve an efficient,good user experience application which has covered the main function of network measurement system.This article concludes the whole software engineering life cycle of our work.We carry on needs analysis,preliminary design,detailed design and discuss problems we meet when we implement the application.At last,we conclude the innovation point of our article.We solve the problem of data's transmission in low speed network by design a multi-stage data compression and transmisson method.The new methodfinally has achieved desired result.
