Design Of Configurable Workflow Management System And Its Implementation In The Enterprise Group

Workflow technology is a kind of technology on abstraction,generalization,description and execution against business process rules,and ultimately achieve automate business processes execution.Currently workflow technology has been widely applied to various fields of industries,especially in large enterprise groups.However,with the continuous expansion of business scale enterprise groups,business complexity continues to deepen,the increasingly close relationship,the traditional workflow has been unable to meet their new needs.Therefore,enterprise groups urgently needed to a on-demand management system under the new situation,and the system can meet the complexity and closely related of the process.Under the background of deeply analyzing the domestic and foreign study on the status and development trend,we,aiming at the new demands of the enterprise group business and functional modularity,propose a Matching Algorithm and combination programme,design a configured model,and successfully apply configurable workflow management system to an enterprise group.Firstly,combining the business needs of the target,this paper focuses on the business model of the Group's management organization structure and business processes.Secondly,analyzing the enterprise business composability,the business is divided according to their individual characteristics,and then through the Match Algorithm with the existing model library matching process model to obtain the optimal matching process model.If no suitable process model,through the Combination programme,Selecting properties rules in the existing rule base,re-designing the optimal process models.Ultimately through optimal process model and business model associated configuration to complete the workflow dynamic portfolio.Finally,the configurable workflow model can be applied to the enterprise groups to complete the based on configurable workflow project management system.what can effectively solve the information asymmetry within the group and information island phenomenon.Currently,the workflow system has been officially used in the enterprise group,that can quickly and efficiently respond to the new complex and changing business environment.In addition,the system can also match plan for funding and project plan,and to achieve the group headquarters integratily project management and control model.
