With the continuous development of information technology,network teaching resources developed at the fast speed.But the lack of effective organization and management limited the role of it.In order to take full advantage of network teaching resources,many universities began to establish teaching resources to improve the utilization of it.But development platform of internal university teaching resource is incompatible,which made teaching resources can not be shared,so the development of a new teaching resource management platform has become the trend of the future.There are many defects in current database system of universities teaching resources,such as:the lack of standard describing methods,which makes it difficult for data resources to exchange semantically;Because of the different development platforms,the sharing and integration between the various systems of teaching resources became very difficulty,which resulted in a waste of resources;Because of many different types of system resources,video resources texts,and the fact that processing mode of the interface is not uniform,it lacks the container of visualization which supports multiple resource types;To solve the problems mentioned above,this paper proposes specific solutions in the design and the implementation.1).a method of resource description based on metadata was proposed,so to achieve the classification management of teaching resources,to provide support for data abstraction,Based on the metadata,Students find resource more targeted,and which can lay the foundation for the construction of a modular system.2).a unified text type of teaching resources based on Flash Paper technology and a unified video class teaching resources based on FMS technology was proposed,which will realize the design and implementation of these two types of visual function modules.The Flash Paper technology can screen out the differences between the teaching resource,and FMS technology can optimize the playback speed.3).a teaching resources database system based on SOA was designed and implemented,which realizes a modular system through the introduction of a service-oriented concept,to solve the problems of the sharing of resources and the subsequent expansion and other issues,which provides web Service interfaces to other systems so as to achieve the interaction between different systems.From requirements analysis,design to actual implementation,The system provides a complete solution to the establishment and management of technology resource.The system has been successfully applied to the teaching resource management of a university in Guangzhou,which effectively improved the efficiency of resource management.This system has practical significance in reference and guidance.
