With the integration of advanced science and technology with entertainment industry,and especially the widespread popularization of virtual reality technology and mature application of motor drive and control technology,the dynamic racing simulator is increasingly popular among the public.And various kinds of six-degree-of-freedom dynamic racing simulators derived from the prototype of six-degree-of-freedom Stewart platform become more popular for their high fidelity,stable structure,mature control algorithm of action-stimulation.At present,the dynamic racing simulator has a great potential market.The dynamic simulator of foreign countries is difficult to popularize in China due to the expensive price,while domestic research on this simulator start late and lag behind,thus developing a set of economical dynamic racing simulator with independent intellectual property rights has certain research significance.Based on the project "Research&Development and Demonstration of Cultural Tourist Resources Exploring and Experiencing Platform" and the control system of dynamic racing simulator,the paper is aimed to develop a dynamic racing simulator with mature technology through conducting a thorough research on the relevant technology used in the whole process of development.The main research work is as follows:Through the experimentally comparative analysis of the classic washout algorithm,the paper confirms the advantages of the improved algorithm from two aspects:increasing the utilization rate of platform of working space and preventing the length of dynamic simulator's telescoping cylinder from exceeding its working limit.The paper starts from engineering practice,setting principle of dynamic racing simulator control as the main thread and proposing a series of complete technology development route for dynamic racing simulator,which will be helpful to realize the digitalization of the control system and bring convenience to programming.This paper illustrates the process of design and implementation of-dynamic racing simulator.The focus of the process is the application of virtual driving interactive device in UE4 and the implementation of control system in the game engine.
