Research On Design Of Collaborative Module In Online Office Software Based On The Theory Of Social Interdependence

With the advent of experience economy era and the development of economic globalization,there is a more and more prominent trend for people to use computer and mobile devices for cooperative working.Traditional office mode featured by completing self work in fixed positions is replaced by new-type office means featuring multiple time and space,multiple locations and multi-person cooperation.Office mode featuring connection of various electronic devices to internet and storage of documents and materials on the cloud has won over people's favor with its interactive communication,use flexibility and excellent safety.At present,there is certain degree of imperfect cooperative functions to the existing online cooperative office software,and users can not enjoy expected cooperation,hence influencing their mood and failing to increase their cooperative working efficiency.Some other cooperative office softwares put excessive stress on cooperative function to the neglect of the fact that office softwares are just tools for completing office work.In this case,the softwares are filled with functions for cooperation and communication to the exclusion of office function.So they fail to meet the requirements of online cooperative working,thus influencing people's working experience.To solve the above problems,this paper starts from the angle of social interdependence theory to conduct an in-depth research on the interdependence of online cooperative working personal communication.Having been widely applied to human group cooperative activities,social interdependence theory serves as an excellent theoretical foundation for online cooperative working.In online cooperative working behaviors,utilization of this theory can enable people to produce more active interdependence,avoid negative interdependence,complete the work independently without interdependence of users,guide users to use cooperative functions,enhance their experience of using cooperative module in online office software,with a view to achieving balanced experience in both cooperative function and office function.The research approach and originality of this paper lie in studying cooperative working behaviors and analyzing the interdependent relationship model for cooperative working through digging deep into social interdependence theory.Through multiple research methods like user interview,observation and questionnaire survey,users' behaviors in using online office software for cooperation are summed up,so as to obtain the interdependent relationship model for online office software cooperation module.Based on that,combining relevant methods and principles of online office software design,design strategies of cooperative module in online office software are summed up from five dimensions,hence providing referable suggestions and theoretical foundation for online cooperative office software developing with internet technology and cloud computing.
