Design And Implementation Of Integrated Information Management System Of Housing Fund Based On B/S

In this paper,we select the housing fund management center as the research background,according to the characteristics of the center's existing logistics business.In view of the housing fund related processes were sorted and analyzed,use UML modeling tool Visio2007,Rational Rose2003,Power Design12.5 carries on the demand analysis and modeling of the system function module.The system uses B/S architecture,the system is divided into collection,extraction,loans,guarantees,financial accounting and so on some subsystems.This article describes the system requirement analysis,the system design,the realization and the deployment of the housing fund management.It tell us how the system is realized by the software engineering.The article first researching the demand of the system,then analyzes use case and functional requirements of collection,extraction,loans,guarantees,financial accounting with the object-oriented analysis and structured method,displaying its intuitively by using use case diagram.Displaying its functions visually via illustrations and giving a detailed description of the system,having analyzed the examples,we understand the detailed of function of the system.After the use case and function was analyzed,we designed the function and structure,network topology,system security and so on.We determined J2 EE platform and workflow technology implemented some key modules of the system and showed a detailed description of its application.Compared with the traditional architecture of housing fund management,the new system main features,such as :(1)In the system,RBAC was adopted to management the system authority,this mechanism is convenient for the organization and system management through the users,permissions,roles were separated.At the same time the administrator can also adjust the system authority so that the document flow process according to automatically adjust the allocation of authority,fully reflects the flexibility of the process of workflow.(2)The housing fund center may has a large number of users concurrent access,the system uses a database connection pool technology to meet the large number of users concurrent access,for large system and complex business processes processing,the system using stored procedures to achieve,improve the system response time.From the application point of view,we completed functional testing and performance testing,gives a detailed test report,the test results show the effectiveness of the system.At present,the system has been deployed applications,the result proved that he system can improve management efficiency and economic benefits greatly,achieve the purpose of providing better service to customers.It has important practical significance and reference value for building housing fund information system.
