Design And Implementation Of Integrated Service Platform For Housing Fund

With the development of informatization in China,the informatization of housing provident fund is also being improved.At the same time,the requirements of the housing provident fund information services are also increasing.At this stage,the provident fund central departments have different service standards for the provident fund business,and the service efficiency is low,which is incompatible with the service needs of depositors and employees.At the same time,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development also put forward: "Speed up the housing provident fund management center and upgrade information system.Around the housing provident fund management center should be according to the needs of policy adjustment and process optimization,to speed up the upgrading of housing provident fund management information system,establish a set of 12329 service hotline,SMS,We Chat,mobile phone APP,online business hall,and other functions in a body's comprehensive service platform,promote to conduct online business,to provide efficient and convenient services to pay workers."This system according to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's guidance and the demand of the housing provident fund center,the system has established a comprehensive housing provident fund service platform under the “Housing Provident Fund Internet + Information System” framework to realize the center within each subsystem covered by each subsystem and service channel business linkage,real-time data sharing service platform,to eliminate business development bottleneck,improve business efficiency.The details are as follows:(1)System requirements analysis: in-depth research on the status quo and actual business needs of housing provident fund informatization,and research and review on the informatization of housing provident fund.This paper not only analyzes the UML use case diagram from different user rights,but also analyzes the feasibility of the system from the aspects of economy,technology and operation.The whole system is divided into five modules: service management,service query,access management,access monitoring and setup management.(2)Development mode: the system adopts the Spring Boot framework and MVC mode for development,which realizes the separation of system display page and business logic.My SQL database is used to store data,and Redis database is used to cache data,so as to realize efficient logical judgment of service interface.(3)Design: based on the detailed study of the system framework and technology,the functional structure and database of each module are designed.In the aspect of the expansion of provident fund business,this paper proposes a classification model of purchasing ability of provident fund users based on the decision tree algorithm of data mining,which provides a scientific basis for the later service of enterprises to users.(4)Implementation and Test: on the basis of the completion of the system design,the main functions of each module are displayed on the interface and flow description,and the system is tested on the function and performance.The test results show that each functional module of the comprehensive service platform of housing provident fund conforms to the expected demand and can realize the real-time linkage among the subsystems within the center,effectively improving the efficiency of provident fund service.
