Design And Implementation Of Personal Credit Management System Based On Workflow Engine For Motors Guarantee

With the rapid development of Automobile consumption credit business, the guarantee institution which engaged in automobile consumption credit business and providing financial services related to automobile has already become the market leader, resources integrator, and the main force of the risk controlling. As medium and small sized guarantee institutions, they will not only to deal with from a variety of internal and external risks, but also try to improve their business process system, to protect the work of various departments of the effective convergence, to avoid the emergence of the phenomenon of data cage and information isolated island, to carry out a variety of business dealing ways for the improvement the overall efficiency.The most important thing of building personal credit management system for medium and small sized guarantee institutions is focus on controlling risk and improving efficiency. Workflow engine is an important part of workflow management system. It provides workflow core solutions as delivery of routing, content and different decision messages according to role, division of labor and conditions. The Application of workflow engine technology as the underlying control framework for personal credit management system can control the process of business reasonably; monitor the working conditions of all departments more effectively; track the actions of system users timely. At the same time, the workflow technology, which make the workflow logic and business logic separated, and support business process analysis and standard definition, as well as the automatic assembly of business unit so that it reduce the development difficulty of the complexity flow application, and improve the management efficiency of application systems.This paper is to illustrate the design and implementation of personal credit management system for motors guarantee institutions based on open source workflow engine OSWorkflow, with the project experience which the author participate in. First of all, this paper will analyze the current situation of credit management of automotive guarantee industry, and propose the significance of system design and construction goals. Secondly, this paper will compare four types of open source workflow engine based on workflow theory. The emphasis of this section is the technical structure of OSWorkflow and its applicability of the system. In the next sections, the overall functional design of the system, technical architecture, data structure, the application of workflow engine, and the implementation of all subsystems will be described in details.
