An investigation of the thernal effects with 2μm laser crystal diode-pump is made both in numerically and experimentally.A finite-element siftware ANSYS is used to analyse the distributing of tempreture in Tm:YAP,Tm:GdVO4,Tm,Ho:YLF by diode pump.We research the infection with shape of crystal and diode-pumping scenarios.Discussing the double diode-pumping and two side felting having got the distinctness in distributing of tempreture in crystal.And we reseach the resonance of laser equipment. Pointing out that we can change the shape or material of the test-bed to move inherence frequency,and safe the laser equipment.we also measure the diameter of laser and far radiation angle and M2 in various pumping scenarious.The result prove thermal effects quality of laser. By intervene list method we measure the thermal focal lens in in various pumping scenarious,and we also do it directly.Comparing it with the result by theroy calculating and indicate two method to remedy the thermal focal lens.That is abrading the crystal end side and adding negative focal lens crystal.At last we discuss the effect of this two method.
