Based On The Concept Of Knowledge Assets Of Enterprise Archives Management Mode

The improvement of science and technology boosting society gradually to the post-industrial era,the more tangible assets in the enterprise in the development of the economic factors influence to replaced by knowledge,finance and other intangible assets,in particular,information,knowledge and other intangible assets management and innovation ability has become the core driving force for the sustainable development of enterprises and competitiveness.Enterprise archives as part of the enterprise information resources,include firms to be made explicit knowledge,has the dual nature of knowledge and assets,ownership enterprise knowledge asset category,but the files has not been knowledge assets of preferential treatment,on the contrary,its work is more marginalized.This article from the perspective of knowledge assets view,in order to "knowledge" and "asset" two-dimensional direction of thinking of enterprise archives management issues,trying to pass the list archives as knowledge asset management and archives management can be incorporated into knowledge management system,and conducive to play a role of archives assets and create enterprise value management environment,so as to reach the goal of improving enterprise archives work marginalized pattern,is the starting point for this paper research.Enterprise archives is not only an asset,it is also the containers for the explicit knowledge accumulation and curing of tacit knowledge tool,playing the archives carrier of intangible assets value.To knowledge assets view to look at the business enterprise archives,it is not difficult to find that it has the external monopolistic,internal use of non-competitive,increasing marginal revenue and intellectual assets,such as for the business demand.This article is based on understanding the characteristics of the knowledge assets of enterprise archives,based on the analysis of the enterprise archives knowledge assets of the six major way to create enterprise value,and then with the help of Michael porter's value chain theory,knowledge asset management as the goal,to build the archives management of file management,knowledge and assets combination of a new mode of archives management.
