Because the data warehouse is of the indefinite requirement trait to the decision-making layer which essentially relates to indefinite question scene in the system methodology, therefore this paper start with the thought of system methodology, through analyzing the national electrical network system example, I provides the preliminary solution, and makes the thorough research in the database development and the optimized aspect, finally will make the forecast to the future database development.In the present, large-scale database construction, especially the data warehouse development which completes by the project system method has not been able to propose the integrity system method of exploitation in the multitudinous database solution.Therefore this paper want to provide one new kind of thought pattern in the warehouse construction through the application of system methodology in the database aspect application, which can be helpful for reforming traditional database exploitation method.This article is divided into six parts, main goal of the first two chapters is introducing the system and the correlation basic concept of this paper.The content of the third chapter is that through analyzing the present situation of database construction, I draws the conclusion ,the data warehouse is the new stage of database development and then produces the integrity of database construction system.As the key chapter of this paper, the fourth chapter starts with the present solution analysis of data warehouse to change construction mode of tradition data base, to establish data warehouse solution based on the system methodology, and then to produce the data model and logical model.The fifth chapter mainly elaborates that in the system methodology database, the system of development and optimization has well manifest integrity of database development.Finally in the sixth chapter, the author has carried on the forecast on the development of future database.
