To promote targeted poverty alleviation in deeply impoverished areas,certain material and economic assistance should be provided,and the improvement of the ability of self-development is also needed to prevent the return to poverty.Since education plays a leading,fundamental and sustainable role,the development of education can effectively enhance the self-development ability of people in poor areas.As an important means to prevent the intergenerational transmission of poverty,education has unique advantages in anti-poverty.How to make good use of the anti-poverty function of education and give better play to the function of poverty alleviation through education is a hot issue in the research of poverty alleviation through education in recent years.By applying systematic analysis method and literature research,the thesis studies the proposition and main contents of education poverty alleviation policy since the 18 th National Congress of CPC.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the author makes a systematic analysis of educational poverty alleviation in Tibet and Sichuan respectively,and then discusses and summarizes the existing problems and causes of educational poverty alleviation problems in Sichuan and Tibet.Meanwhile,the author also explores the participation of social work professional forces in the process of poverty alleviation,and analyzes the current methods and existing problems and challenges.Finally,in view of the existing problems in the implementation of the education poverty alleviation policies,the author makes a profound reflection from the aspects of concept,system design and participating subjects,and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the implementation of poverty alleviation policies through education.Furthermore,the author also explores properer ways to promote social work participation in the implementation of education poverty alleviation policies from the perspective of social work profession.
