With the development of new curriculum reform and aesthetic education,music teachers,as the backbone of school aesthetic education,have higher and higher professional requirements.The professional development of music teachers is of great significance to the development of school music education.Music education in township schools has always been a weak point in China's basic education.The professional development of township music teachers is a research topic of great significance,which has a far-reaching impact on promoting the development of music education in township schools."Teacher professional standards(Trial)" defines the professionalization of teachers as the professionalization of teachers' professional ideas and ethics,professional knowledge and professional ability.This study takes the music teachers surveyed as the research object,adopts the research methods of investigation,literature research and quantitative analysis,uses Likert scale and spss23.0 software in statistics to carry out data statistics and analysis,and draws the conclusion that the professionalization of music teachers in Hanshou County is worthy of being divided into corresponding scales The scores of "a little bit in line with" and "relatively in line" are at the medium level,and the three-dimensional score ranking is: professional concept and teacher's ethics > Professional Knowledge > professional ability.The main problems are: Professional well-being needs to be enhanced,professional knowledge system needs to be improved,teaching and research awareness and ability are insufficient,funding requirements need to be implemented,and continuing education effectiveness is not high.The main body is divided into three chapters: the first chapter describes the working environment and development status of rural music teachers in Hanshou County;the second chapter analyzes the problems and influencing factors in the process of professional development of rural music teachers in Hanshou County;the third chapter puts forward suggestions for the professional development of rural music teachers in Hanshou County.the professional development of rural music teachers must gradually change from external promotion to internal control,from system The school should implement the localization music teacher education according to the local conditions,and let the professional development become the internal driving force of the township music teachers for their own career growth.
