The professional development of teachers is an important way to improve quality education in compulsory education.At present,music education in junior middle schools in China has made remarkable achievements,and the professional team of teachers has been greatly improved,but there is still a certain gap with social expectations.Around the professional development of teachers,it has been widely recognized in the academic circle that the professional development of teachers is not only the effective strengthening of teachers’ own ability and quality,but also the improvement of the overall status of teachers from all walks of life,as well as the general improvement of the overall quality and ability of teachers as a group.In order to better carry out the research on teacher professional development,the author selected three key music teachers in two middle schools in Z City as the research objects to conduct interviews,covering the family background,learning experience,teaching methods and methods of these three middle school music teachers,so as to master first-hand research materials.Through the study found that the current junior high school music teacher professional development has obtained certain result,teachers’ ability quality and so on can basically meet the requirements of teaching,but there are still some problems,mainly concentrated in the music teacher’s professional ability insufficiency,the relevant administrative departments responsibility implementation does not reach the designated position,teachers training opportunity to learn less,need to constantly improve teaching conditions and so on,To a certain extent,it affects the teaching effect and the achievement of the goal.Combined with the current problems that exist in the teacher professional development and disadvantages,in order to promote the junior middle school music teachers’ professional development,the author puts forward by speeding up full-time teachers team construction,regular check for professional music teachers,paying attention to teacher training improving teaching level,continuously improve the work environment,stimulate the teachers’ work enthusiasm.Theoretically,this can have a more systematic analysis and understanding of the professional development theory of junior high school music teachers,and promote the perfection of the theoretical system of professional development of junior high school music teachers;From the perspective of practice,the above measures can promote the professional development of middle school teachers,improve the professional teaching level of middle school music teachers,enhance the quality of middle school music teaching,strengthen the effect of middle school music teaching,and provide help for the better growth of students. |
