Teachers’professional development is the current basic education is one of the most important topics in the field of research. As long as teachers’career don’t disappear, for teachers’research will not stop. The development of the teacher the profession depends on teachers’ professional development, and on the professional development of teachers’personal requirements and goals are put forward. The teacher’s professional development embodies the teachers’professional value and the value of life.In this study an overview of the existing teachers’ professional development, on the basis of relevant theories, through a large number of interviews and data gathering, appears in the research method of narrative research three excellent music teacher’s professional development process. This research results indicate that:the influence factors of middle school excellent music teacher professional development can be summarized as the individual’s own influence, the influence of key events, and the influence of important people, four aspects of geographical factors. And according to the research of the conclusion of the following enlightenment:music teachers should cultivate professional self-development consciousness, unremitting pursuit and efforts, fully experience the happiness, the reflection and study habits. School should be the research training department to relevant departments to the reality of music teachers training, school for music teachers’ professional development to create a good working atmosphere, establish a learning community to promote music teacher professional development for teachers.
