In the new era,the state attaches great importance to teacher education and the construction of teachers' team. The Ministry of education documents put forward that the content of teacher training and training should be continuously optimized to promote the comprehensive quality and professional development level of teachers. This paper uses questionnaire and interview to investigate the current situation of teachers' professional development participating in "three international music teaching methods training".On the one hand,it uses quantitative analysis questionnaire to objectively describe the current situation of music teachers' professional development in primary and secondary schools,on the other hand,it uses interview to summarize the effect of this training,in order to provide theory for music teachers' professional training in primary and secondary schools Theory and practice guidance. As the trainee of this teacher training activity and the researcher of music teaching practice, the author goes deep into the teaching practice line, selects "teacher music teaching self-assessment questionnaire" as the survey tool, and takes 26 primary and secondary school music teachers from all over the country as the research object. On the basis of previous research, from the "teaching attitude","teaching design concept" of the participating teachers "Self evaluation" and "self-improvement channel" are the four aspects of teachers' professional development. In addition, independent sample t-test and anovo analysis are used to compare teachers' professional development under different background variables.Based on the above research, this paper concludes that the length of time to participate in teacher training activities is positively related to the level of professional development of teachers;the interactive experiential training advocated by the three major teaching methods is an effective and recognized training method for primary and secondary school music teachers. The problems and suggestions found in this survey are as follows.First, from the perspective of "teaching attitude" of sample teachers, teachers generally love music teaching work, can respect the differences of students and take corresponding education ideas for students of different ages.Second, from the perspective of "teaching design concept",teachers generally believe that primary and secondary school music courses should include body rhythm activities, and that the curriculum design concept of "three major music teaching methods" can cultivate students' comprehensive ability.Teachers need to strengthen the construction of their own education ideas and teaching reflection, and further study the teaching objectives and common teaching methods of music curriculum.Thirdly, from the perspective of teachers' self-evaluation,teachers' ability to use new teaching concepts to compile teaching plans and design teaching activities is general. They should increase their learning of current domestic and foreign education theories and enhance their learning of common musical teaching instruments in primary and secondary schools.Fourthly, from the perspective of teachers' self-improvement,the most favorite way for teachers is interactive experiential training, expecting to improve their teaching ability through training. It is suggested that the education management department organize more relevant training activities, purchase learning books and materials,so as to help teachers expand their academic vision and improve their professional development level.
