Education is the foundation of the centenary plan.Teachers are the bridge between national education policy and students.The professional development of teachers has become an important topic of education.In order to promote teacher professionalization and improve the overall quality of teacher team,it is necessary to pay attention to teacher cooperative teaching and research management.This paper arises from professional personal interest and experience,combined with the needs of the junior middle school teaching effect promotion,junior high school teachers' professional development demands,and tries to through exploring and researching the junior middle school teachers' cooperative teaching management mode and cooperation model to explore and research,to discuss cooperation research situation and existing problems of junior high school teachers,analysis of the causes,puts forward the corresponding management strategy,in order to improve the ability of junior middle school teachers in the cooperative research,promote the junior middle school teachers' professional development,improve the efficiency of the education teaching,and provide a reference for relevant education management departments.This paper selects junior high school teachers of S Middle School in Y County as the research object.Through the investigation of cooperative teaching and research among teachers in S middle school and junior high school,it is found that there are many problems in cooperative teaching and research among teachers in S middle school and junior high school,such as unified goals and visions,single subject of organization,outdated content,imperfect guarantee mechanism,low enthusiasm of teachers to participate in,and inadequate professional quality of teachers.The factors affecting the effect of cooperative teaching and research among teachers in S middle school and junior high school can be analyzed from the teacher level and the school level.From the perspective of teachers,it is mainly related to the traditionality of teachers' thought,the lagging of professional development consciousness and the prominent contradictions between teachers' work and study.From the school level,there are mainly lack of good cooperation atmosphere,supervision and management mechanism is not perfect.In view of the above research results,the author puts forward some countermeasures to improve the cooperative teaching and research management of S middle school teachers.Guide teachers to establish professional development awareness,enhance teachers' cooperative teaching and research ability,reasonably allocate teachers' workload,establish principals' participation system,construct "team system" management system,and improve teacher evaluation system.
