At the 19th national congress,General Secretary Xi said,“Building a strong country in education is the basic project for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.” At the National Conference on education,General Secretary Xi put forward new requirements of “accelerating education modernization and building a strong education country”.Sharp tools make good work.Educational equipment plays an extremely important role in education and teaching.It is an indispensable part of the education system,and it is also an indispensable material condition for the implementation of teaching activities.In the information age,high-tech economic activities become the main body of the society.The comprehensive national strength and competitiveness of a country depend on the level of education,scientific and technological progress and knowledge innovation.Because of this,education also highlights its strategic position.Information-based education equipment has a very far-reaching significance for the development of modern education,which is related to the effective improvement of the quality and level of education,and plays an increasingly important role in the whole education system.Information education equipment is the basic guarantee for the development of information education in schools,the important support for the reform of teaching information,and the material basis for the modernization of education.In recent years,with the development of education system reform in China,especially the diversification of the sources of school education funds,the school running system in China gradually presents a variety of forms of coexistence.“Private and public assistance” is the result of China's education system reform.One of its main characteristics is that after the establishment of the school,the finance gradually reduces its appropriation,and the school operation mainly depends on the tuition fees.Therefore,such schools also enjoy a greater degree of autonomy in the use of Education funds and the control and management of education resources.Private public schools are a kind of interest adjustment to the demand of education market under the current social and economic conditions.Only by strengthening the research on them can the school form play a better social benefit.This paper analyzes the background and current situation of the development of educational equipment in s middle school,makes an in-depth investigation and research,reveals the basic connotation of information-based educational equipment,puts forward the positive role of the correct use and scientific management of educational equipment in improving the quality of education and teaching and the efficiency of the school People pay more attention to the use and management of e-education equipment.Through questionnaires and interviews with teachers and students of S middle school,this paper reflects the current situation of the use and management of information-based education equipment in S middle school,and further combs the factors restricting the use efficiency and management level of e-education equipment.On the basis of combing the results of the questionnaire,this paper points out that there are some practical problems in the school,such as the unreasonable allocation of funds,the improper planning of funds,the unreasonable operation of equipment,the low quality of talents and the lack of a effective management platform.After sorting out these problems,this paper sums up and refines them into two aspects: the allocation of educational equipment funds and the use and management of educational equipment,and further explains the factors restricting the use efficiency and management level of equipment.In view of the above factors,this paper explores some feasible measures and practical models for the use and management of e-education equipments in government-aided private schools,sums up some principles and scientific concepts,and extracts strategies for improving the use efficiency and management level of equipment;rational allocation of funds and reasonable planning costs;standardization of equipment use,improvement of talent quality and establishment of digital management platform.It not only provides the basis for improving the use efficiency and management level of e-education equipment in government-aided private schools,but also provides some reference for the overall healthy development of such schools.
