Design And Implementation Of Teaching Equipment Management System For University

After 2000,the informatization process of Chinese colleges and universities has developed rapidly,and the scale and level of informatization have been greatly improved.With rapid development in recent years,colleges and universities pay increasingly attention to the investment in teaching equipment.Within more than ten years,majority of colleges and universities have conducted information-based or semi-information-based teaching.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the effectiveness of informatization management of teaching equipment,make the best use of the current teaching equipment resources,and reduce the workload of relevant administrative staffs to some extent during the informationzation construction of equipment management in colleges and universities.Taking software engineering and object-oriented programming methods as the core theoretical guidance,this system develops the management system for the teaching equipment in colleges and universities according to the standardization through modern technological means,strives to improve the level of equipment management and provides certain help for teaching and scientific research works in colleges and universities.The management system for the teaching equipment in colleges and universities can realize the standardized and informationalized management of teaching equipment,deploy teaching equipment resources scientifically,and further eliminate various potential problems of common management systems,such as data desynchrony and non-ideal compatibility.Nowadays,as the computer level develops quickly,the rapid advancement of network and communication field is the technical force that supports colleges and universities to carry out the modern,informationalized and scientific teaching.After understanding the problems in the actual management process of this system and the status quo and combining with the current situation of management of informationalized teaching equipment at home and abroad,this paper researches the current shortcomings in the equipment management in the information-based teaching of colleges and universities,complies and designs the informationalized equipment management system of colleges and universities through MYSQL database technology,ASP.NET,UML language,MVC mode,B/S three-layer structure,Internet technology and database technology.In terms of the shortcomings in the informationalized equipment management of colleges and universities,the system can make full use of existing resources and avoid the problems in traditional management,such as long data update cycle,insufficient information sharing and low maintenance efficiency.Besides,after plot run,it has been verified that with certain stability and humanized operation,this system can improve the defects of informationalized equipment management,maintain efficiency,save time,increase the length of service of informationalized equipment,increase equipment service efficiency,and greatly reduce the fault probability of equipment during the operation.
