Educational equipment is the material basis of education reform and development, of the E-education construction. At present, education ministry had put forward a proposal that E-education project as the main drive of education modernization would be formally listed to state major project. It implies that education equipment construction is not only the key task, but also the information provider and the novel guide to equipment management operators. Throughout the E-education activity expanded thoroughly in recent years, the state had spent enormous fund in infrastructure construction for the E-education. Under the circumstances, the use and effect in terms of E-education equipment have become the main concern from experts and scholars both here and abroad.That how to elevate the efficiency, maximize the exertion, avoid the waste, realize the sustained and sound development is the main research question faced to us. Performance management to equipment and operators based on the enterprise performance technology is an important approach. The research content stated above is the specific branch and also the basic frame of my paper.Evaluation research is my vital technique. At the first stage, the actual use and management status of E-education equipment in certain Middle school in Beijing region is deeply researched supported by questionnaire and personal interview through which to find the existing problem in the process of E-education equipment management. Clarifying and optimizing the work items & work flow is the core target of the first stage. Meanwhile, combining with the characteristics of E-education equipment and applying the theory and practice on performance evaluation is an alternative research formula of my paper. Throughout that approach, the paper analyzes systematically and colligates the work items & responsibilities of the E-education equipment operators. The factor analyze is adopted in the paper to confirm the weighing of each indicator in the evaluation system. The evaluation system objects are the E-education equipment operator colony in every single Middle school. Meanwhile, the paper uses the relevant notion in performance management & system engineering for reference to design corresponding intervention approaches. Finally, the paper control the whole process of the E-education equipment uses to upgrade the effect of the equipment on the basis of the output of the paper mentioned above.
