With the continuous advancement of educational informatization,deepening the professional development of rural teachers has a profound impact on rural education and basic education in China,because rural teachers play an unavailable role in rural education,and play a very important role in promoting the process of basic education equity.At present,in order to promote the process of educational informatization and achieve the goal of educational modernization under the strong support of educational informatization,the state clearly proposes to use the network learning space to promote the reform of education and teaching.Because of the particularity of rural schools,most of the teaching and research methods of rural teachers are still traditional face-to-face teaching and research,which makes many problems in teaching and research activities,such as teaching and research time The problems such as limited space,low participation of teachers,formalization of teaching and research activities,and lack of in-depth teaching and research content,make the quality of teaching and research not ideal,which also hinders the development of rural teachers' own professional ability.At the same time,under the guidance of policy,some regions and schools began to carry out teaching and research with the help of network learning space,so they turned their teaching and research methods to network teaching and research,but due to lack of rationality On the practical experience of guidance and network teaching and research,there are some deficiencies in teaching and research mechanism,management strategy,network environment and design scheme,which make rural schools unable to carry out effective and in-depth network teaching and research.Therefore,this study constructs the rural teachers' teaching and research model based on the network learning space,and puts forward the corresponding model application suggestions to promote the rural teachers' teaching and research to the depth and efficiency,so that the rural teachers' professional ability can be developed healthily.This research combs the related literature of online learning space,online teaching and research,and the professional development of rural teachers,and conducts a questionnaire survey on rural teachers.The survey takes the rural school teachers in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Province as an example,focuses on the current situation of rural teachers' teaching and research,and analyzes the existing problems of rural school teaching and research in Linxia Prefecture.First,combined with online teaching and research,This paper analyzes the elements of network teaching and research,and provides theoretical guidance for the construction of rural teachers' teaching and research model based on network learning space.Combined with the teaching and research needs of rural teachers in Linxia Prefecture,this paper designs a rural area based on network learning space Teachers' teaching and research model;thirdly,the time validation of the teaching and research model is carried out,that is,under the guidance of the model,let rural teachers carry out teaching and research activities through the network learning space,and analyze the effectiveness of rural teachers' teaching and research activities in the network learning space through the relevant behavioral data and process resources formed in the network teaching and research activities,so as to test the effectiveness of the model and The application value provides the basis for the improvement and promotion of the model.Finally,the problems found in the practical application are studied and analyzed.Combined with the improvement and perfection of the model,the application suggestions of the rural teachers' teaching and research model based on the network learning space are proposed to help the rural teachers to carry out effective teaching and research activities by using the teaching and research model based on the network learning space,so as to better promote the professional development of their teachers exhibition.
