China's rural areas are in the process of transitioning from a traditional agricultural society to a modern society.There is a contradiction between the family-based production organization and the market economy,which restricts the development of agriculture and rural economic society.In order to change the unfavorable situation that rural economic and social development lags behind the city,in accordance with the requirements of the market economy,cultivate new agricultural management entities and improve the degree of agricultural production organization,so as to alleviate the contradiction of uneven development and insufficient development has become the new era of rural economic and social development Important task.Farmers 'professional cooperatives,as a new type of agricultural management body,originate from the countryside and are embedded in rural society.They are naturally intertwined with farmers.They are reducing transaction costs,enhancing farmers' ability to resist market risks,and changing the disadvantaged market position of socialized small farmers.Other aspects have a role that cannot be underestimated.With the strong support of the country,although the professional farmer cooperatives in China have developed rapidly,the paradox is that the result of their development has become a differentiation,showing the essence of the original cooperatives in terms of cooperation forms,interest linkages and interest distribution.The phenomenon of inconsistent sexual regulations.Under the same social environment,why is there a phenomenon of organizational differentiation in the farmers' professional cooperative society? What is the logic of action hidden behind organizational differentiation? What is the relationship with the subject's concept of action? How to understand these problems has become a question that must be answered for the standardized development of farmers' professional cooperatives.This research takes micro-level and meso-level organizational member behaviormotivation and organizational behavior as the core of the problem,and analyzes and understands the organizational differentiation of farmers' professional cooperatives from the perspective of economic sociology.This research attempts to build the basic analysis framework from institutional logic,subject action logic to action concept to organizational differentiation from the macro external environment to micro individual actions,taking the action concept and action choices of actors as the starting point.The logical clue of "differentiation-how to differentiate-the result of differentiation" to reveal the causality behind the differentiation of farmers' professional cooperatives.The main contents of this study include: The first part expounds the reasons for selecting the topic of the study,focusing on the background and the question of the topic,and intends to indicate the direction of the problem.The second part discusses the basic concepts and economics and sociology involved in this research on the interpretation of farmers' professional cooperatives,including transaction cost theory,collective action theory and institutional change theory in the new institutional economics,sociology Based on the above perspectives,the legality mechanism and embedded mechanism in Clarify the relevant literature achievements of farmers' professional cooperatives and the purpose and significance of this research,and provide relevant reference for the subsequent analysis.The third part synthesizes the relevant research foundation above,we systematically explain the position of this research and design the relevant research.First,we put forward the central point of this research: the differentiation of farmers 'professional cooperatives is the result of the concept of rules and strategic actions,and The formation of the tactical action concept of rules is related to the soft constraints of the institutional environment and the logic of diversified actions of the subject;secondly,around this point of view,the research framework of this study and three research hypotheses are proposed,namely: 1.Soft constraints of the institutional environment Hypothesis;2.Diversity hypothesis of subject's action logic;3.Hypothesis hypothesis of strategic strategy action;finally,elaborate the selection of the research object of this study and the establishment of relevant research methods.The fourth part is based on the first hypothesis,embedding the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in a certain social situation.The logic of the state system,the logic of market competition,and the logic of social relations network together constitute its action situation,forming a de facto Structural forces,the inherent opposition and limited consistency of the three governance logics are difficult toproduce fully effective constraints on the farmers' professional cooperatives,thus obtaining the preliminary conclusion that the institutional environment is a soft constraint.Based on the second hypothesis,the fifth part draws on Coleman ' s theory of social action system to construct the ideal type of farmers 'professional cooperatives with economic,political,and social interests as the basis,and systematically analyzes the interests of farmers' cooperatives 'motives.,Analyzed their interests and interest relationship structures from the individual and organizational levels,and obtained relevant data using the method of structural interviews to confirm that the interests of ordinary farmers,core members and local governments are supreme,the three interest tradeoffs,responses and responses Different logic of action.The sixth part is based on the third hypothesis.In the context of soft institutional constraints,the common result of different actors in farmers 'professional cooperatives is the formation of rules and strategic action concepts.Ordinary farmers ' "Focus on substantive interests over forms",core members "front-end performance and back-end operation" and local government's action concept of "lip service and hard-to-reach" has led to its differentiation,mainly reflected in the diversified forms of cooperation,the linkage of interests and the distribution of benefits,thus forming a The mechanism of tissue differentiation explains the path.
