In order to optimize the teaching skill training mode of vocational education normal university students and improve the quality of vocational education teacher training,this paper takes vocational normal university students as the research object,and makes an in-depth study on the teaching skill training mode of vocational normal university students.This paper adopts literature method,questionnaire investigation,comparative analysis and other research methods,with humanistic theory,behavior guide teaching theory,situational learning theory as the foundation.Through the investigation and research on the normal university students of vocational education teacher training,this paper analyzes the current situation of vocational education teacher teaching skill training mode and analyzes its influencing factors.At the same time,it makes a comparative study on the training mode of vocational education teachers' teaching skills in Taiwan,the United States and Germany,and USES the training experience of Taiwan and foreign countries for reference to construct the optimization countermeasures of the training mode of vocational education teachers' teaching skills in China.By means of questionnaire survey and statistical analysis of data,it is concluded that the teaching skills training mode of vocational education teachers in China has the following difficulties: insufficient cultivation of subject consciousness,the training content is not comprehensive,the training method is not innovative,and the guarantee system is not perfect.Specifically,Students' enthusiasm for teaching skills training is not strong,schools do not pay enough attention to teaching skills training,there are not strong teacher atmosphere problems.The course types of teaching skills are insufficient and the course arrangement of teaching skills is unreasonable.Teaching methods lack of innovation,practice teaching system is not perfect,teaching skills assessment system is not perfect;Lack of teachers,teaching skills training facilities are not perfect.In view of the current situation and influencing factors of the training mode of vocational education teachers' teaching skills,the training of vocational education teachers in China should be optimized from the aspects of training objectives,curriculum system,training methods and guarantee mechanism.Specific include: clear vocational education teacher teaching skills training objectives,guide vocational education teacher training institutions of the direction of running schools,unify vocational education teacher professional training standards,detailed teaching skills training objectives.To improve the teaching skill curriculum system,we should enrich the teaching skill curriculum types,adjust the teaching skill curriculum structure and adjust the teaching skill class schedule.To construct a systematic teaching skill training method,we should optimize the teaching method,innovate the teaching method,perfect the practice mode of practical teaching skill,and at the same time construct the evaluation system of practical teaching skill.We should improve the guarantee mechanism of joint training,establish the mode of sharing teachers and teaching facilities,and constantly explore and improve the system of joint training.
