| Because career decisions have been prearranged,the new college entrance examination reform granted students the right to choose college entrance examination subjects and forced schools to pay attention to and developed career education.High school biology curriculum attached importance to improving students' abilities in all aspects."Ordinary High School Biology Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)" paid close attention to students' practical experience and emphasized that students' learning was an active participatory process.When faced with the choice of liberal arts or science,high school students were at a loss to make accurate choices and was not conducive to students studying systematically.Therefore,it becomes urgent to infiltrate career planning education into high school biology extracurricular activities.After a survey of the current situation,it finds that students could not really choose their subjects and future careers based on their hobbies,social needs,and career goals,because they do not understand career planning education.Because there are few vocational guidance and single methods for students in high school,students preferr to teach in relaxed way.After the pre-practice test,it finds that all experimental students have low abilities in career planning education and unbalance development in all dimensions,showing that the second grade of high school is slightly higher than the first grade of high school,but there is no statistical difference.Under the guidance of career development theory and person-job matching theory,based on the content of the textbook,campus environment and biological interest group,the author designed three biological extracurricular activities and practiced.After practice,it is feasible and effective to combine high school biology extracurricular activities with career planning education.To a certain extent,this not only enriches the theoretical research of extracurricular activities in biology,but also promotes the development of high school biology.The post-practice test results show that all experimental students have a low ability in career planning education,and the development of all dimensions is unbalanced,showing that the second grade of high school is slightly higher than the first grade of high school,but there is no statistical difference between the two.After comparing the results of the pre-test and post-tests,it found that the practice activities of infiltrating career planning education in the extracurricular activities of high school biology can significantly improve the ability of experimental students in careerplanning education.The development of all dimensions is unbalanced,and the effects of all grades are inconsistent.The second grade of high school is slightly higher than the first grade of high school.To a certain extent,this has not only enriched the theoretical research of extracurricular activities in biology,but also opened up a new way for the implementation of high school career planning education.Therefore,the author makes the following suggestions:(1)Education authorities and high schoo: First,it institutionalizes vocational planning education and issues implementation rules to incorporate high school vocational planning education into the school assessment system;Second,it focuses on comprehensive support from teacher training,teaching research,curriculum development,etc.,and fully implements high school career planning education to provide students with various professional decision-making counseling.Third,to integrate educational resources,schools can combine their own characteristics to set up elective courses or series of special courses for career planning education.(2)Biology teacher: First,the relevant departments have strengthened the training of the career planning education of biology teachers,and encourages the integration of career planning education into the teaching practice of biology.Second,with biological textbooks as the carrier,teachers dig deeper into materials related to career planning education in the curriculum.Third,teachers provide elective courses or series of special courses for biology career planning education,and compile school-based textbooks in accordance with the characteristics of the discipline.Fourth,teachers carry out workplace experience practice teaching activities,and encourage students to use weekends or holidays as part-time or volunteers in career fields of interest.Fifth,teachers try to cooperate with other disciplines to carry out extracurricular practical activities of career planning education.(3)Family: Parents actively cooperate with the school to carry out academic guidance and career guidance activities,and discuss topics such as academic planning,career ideals,and career planning with their children. |
