Through setting different goals,junior middle school students were tested the changes of their performance,physical quality,self-efficacy and exercise attitude in the experiment process,and the reasons for the changes were discussed.In this study,the theory of goal setting,self-efficacy,exercise attitude and other related literature were collated,and combined with the knowledge of physical education.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and experiment,we set different goals to test the influence on the above four aspects.This paper discusses the target dimension which is most conducive to improving the skills of front two hand volleyball in junior middle school students,and enriches the teaching methods and models of junior middle school students' Volleyball mat teaching activities.Taking "the experiment research of different goal setting in the front two hands Volleyball Teaching of junior middle school" as the research object,taking the students of class 1,class 3 and class 4 as the experimental objects.Among them,there are 52 in class 1,51 in class 3 and 50 in class 4.In random sampling,class 1 was regarded as the traditional teaching group,class 3 as the definite target group and class 4 as the fuzzy target group.The experimental period is 10 weeks,the first week(pretest),the sixth week(mid-term test)and the tenth week(post test)are the test weeks.The total teaching period is 7 weeks and 14 class hours.The test indexes are respectively the quantitative results of the mat,physical fitness,self-efficacy and exercise attitude.Through the experiment,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)in the 50 meter running project,there is no significant difference between the target group,the fuzzy target group and the traditional teaching group in the later test results.(2)In the horizontal comparison of standing long jump and three meter three-way movement,the space of clear goal improvement is the largest,and the difference of three groups in the later test is significant.(3)In the quantitative test of volleyball front two hand dribble,only the clear target group has achieved the pre-set goal,the fuzzy target group has to improve the performance of the goal,and the average value of the traditional teaching group is the lowest.(4)In the test and analysis of self-efficacy scale,the self-efficacy of clear target group is the strongest,followed by fuzzy target,and the traditional teaching group is relatively low.(5)In the comparison before and after the exercise attitude,there are only two dimensions of behavior cognition and behavior control in the traditional teaching group.There was no significant difference in behavioral cognition,behavioral control and behavioral attitude in the clear goal group;the other five dimensions were significant.The three dimensions of emotional experience,objective attitude and subjective standard of fuzzy objective group are significant.In the later test,there was no significant difference between the three groups' attitudes and subjective standards,and the other dimensions were significant.To sum up,setting different goals can improve part of the physical quality of junior high school students;setting different goals can improve the volleyball self-improvement level andself-confidence;setting different goals can continuously stimulate the self-efficacy of students;setting clear goals is more conducive to the cultivation of exercise attitude.
