With the progress of the times and the development of the society,with the increase of people's spare time,the status of sports is also rising.As one of the three major ball games in the world,volleyball has a very high social influence.It is listed as the learning content in the physical education classes of primary and secondary schools as well as universities in China.However,because of its complex rules,high requirements for physical strength and strong skills,the popularity and development of basketball and foot ball in China far exceeds volleyball.If we want to change the low popularity of Volleyball in our country,we should start from campus volleyball.However,the traditional volleyball teaching attaches too much importance to the mastery of volleyball skills,thus neglecting the cultivation of students' interest in sports and the experience of positive psychology.Obviously,this can not meet the requirements of the new era for the all-round development of talents.Therefore,how to broaden the new teaching methods on the basis of the traditional volleyball teaching methods,in order to improve the speed of students' volleyball skills,cultivate students' interest in volleyball,and increase students' positive psychological experience has become the focus of Volleyball Teaching in primary and secondary schools.Goal setting can effectively stimulate students' interest in sports.Nowadays,the theory of goal setting has become mature and has been widely used in physical education,but the application of Volleyball Teaching in primary and secondary schools has not been studied by many scholars.As a positive psychological experience,fluency is easy to produce in competitive sports,but the positive psychological experience in teaching activities is still in the exploration stage.Therefore,this paper takes "goal setting" and "fluency state" as the starting point to carry out the experimental research of Volleyball Teaching in middle school.Taking the students of the first high school volleyball teaching class in Yuncheng No Grasp the relationship between the three,in order to improve the middle school volleyball teaching effect,increase the positive psychological experience of middle school students and improve the middle school volleyball teaching system.The experiment lasted for six weeks.The control group and the experimental group were randomly selected.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,that is,the teacher introduced the content and task of the lesson ? the teacher demonstrated and explained the actions according to the established teaching content and task ? the teacher organized the students to practice ? the teacher guided and corrected the errors? the students corrected the errors and continued to practice ? the teacher targeted correction ? the classroom primary school Finally,teachers' evaluation and students' evaluation are combined;the experimental group adopts the psychological intervention of goal setting,that is,teachers and students make reasonable goals together ? teachers introduce the contents and goals of the course ? teachers explain and demonstrate ?students practice according to specific and clear goals ? teachers guide and correct mistakes ? students correct mistakes and carry out self-test of goals ? students feedback the goal to complete According to the situation,the teacher adjusts the goal according to the concrete situation ? the class summary,the teacher appraisal and the student appraisal unify.Finally,the two groups of students' mastery of skills and fluency experience were compared in the early,middle and later stages of the experiment.The results are as follows: 1.Compared with the traditional physical education teaching methods,the psychological intervention of goal setting can effectively promote the mastery of volleyball skills.2.Compared with the traditional physical education teaching methods,the psychological intervention of goal setting can effectively promote the production of fluency.3.Fluency is a part of the intermediary between goal setting and skill mastery,and other intermediary variables need to be further explored.
