Goal Setting In The Children's Learning Tennis Teaching Effect And The Influence Of Attention

That goal setting theory,the goal itself has incentive effect,the target can change people's need for motivation,make people's behavior toward a certain direction,and their behavior result and target contrast,timely adjustment and correction,so as to achieve a target.Along with the research staff of all walks of life to set the goal of in-depth study,this theory has been applied in various fields,but in the field of education only in the use of teaching and sports training,the effect is good.The children in the tennis training stage of enlightenment,because of its active,difficulty concentrating,interest transfer easily,bring certain influence to learn tennis.From reference to current situation of tennis teaching literature and social point of view,there are still some deficiencies and shortcomings oftennis teaching method in the exploration of the road,the scientific research level of tennis in China is relatively backward,most areas of the tennis court limit,tennis teaching method is not enough innovation,engaged in tennis teaching staff overall business level needs to be strengthen etc..Seekingto improve learning tennis in the process of teaching,this study intends to goal setting theory to tennis teaching,teaching in training intensity and the same amount of inspection,and to explore the application effect of goal setting in children in tennis training.18 8-12 year old children randomly divided into zero based traditional teaching group(traditional teaching mode),self directed group(self oriented teaching goal,task orientation(Group)to the task orientation goal setting teaching),teaching research on them for three months.By using the method of literature,observation,interview,experiment,mathematical statistics and other methods.In this study,after the basic test before the experiment,questionnaire test,modify the teaching plan,teaching effect test and post test were analyzed,including the main content of the test is straight,diagonal backhand strokes,the end result of this paper is the two group goal setting teaching method was better than the in the technical mastery,attention,learning attitude and comprehensive learning effect etc.the traditional teaching group,the overall effect is not obvious and self oriented group task oriented group,but both group is better than the traditional teaching.The final conclusion of this study is that,first,the goal setting of children's tennis teaching,compared with the traditional method can obviously improve the attention of children.This may be an important reason for improving the teaching effect.Second,after this experiment,the children's physical quality has improved,and the experimental results are not obvious differences,the goal setting to improve the physical quality of children has no obvious effect.Third,the goal setting of children's tennis teaching effect has obvious promoting effect.The initiative and enthusiasm of learning have been improved,the time of learning technology and the degree of mastering technology are superior to the traditional teaching methods.Fourth,in the goal setting children's tennis teaching,self setting in the early effect is better,but the task is more durable and the overall effect is better.It is suggested that this teaching method can be used in children's tennis teaching.When using,we should recognize the advantages and disadvantages of self orientation and task orientation in goal setting,and make use of its advantages and advantages,so that the teaching effect is more obvious.In the goal setting tennis teaching,should pay attention to the goal setting to be appropriate,should let the student participate in the teaching goal setting,causes the student to be more clear about own goal.In the course of tennis teaching,to strengthen the evaluation and control of teaching effect,in order to adjust the teaching objectives,to deal with the teaching problems.
