The campus material culture of secondary vocational schools is an important material basis to carry out various educational activities,show school characteristics and achieve the training goals of secondary vocational schools.The most direct reflect of campus material culture is the absorption and embodiment of enterprise elements and the integration of enterprise elements and campus material culture is also one of the effective ways to reflect the development direction of modern vocational education.This paper takes Tianjin YS School as the research object,investigates the situation that the material culture of secondary vocational school campus embodies enterprise elements,and carries out field investigation through the respective dimensions of "material culture of secondary vocational school campus" and "enterprise element".After combing the existing research and the actual situation in this study,besides the secondary vocational campus material culture and enterprise elements are divided into several dimensions.The campus material culture contains seven dimensions as follows: architectural distribution and design,classroom,student dormitory,campus practice and training place and equipment,sculpture,slogan picture,billboard;the enterprise element contains seven dimensions as follows:working environment,code of conduct,evaluation standards,management model,business model,ethics,values.This study carried out field observation and investigation by making two-dimensional table of investigation tools.According to the actual situation of the research theme,the author determines the overall research direction and ideas,which are mainly based on on-the-spot observation and supplemented by interviews.And the interview outline is drawn up from different dimensions.Through field observation and interviews with teachers and students,the following problems are found: 1.The overall campus design is reasonable,but the specialty,the profession characteristic development is insufficient;2.The integration of enterprise elements into the classroom is not optimistic;3.Picture slogans,billboard utilization and content need to be improved;4.The guidance of schools and teachers is relatively weak;5.Students' sense of autonomy is relatively weak.Some suggestions and strategies are put forward by combing with the problems found: 1.Campus planning should reflect the development direction of vocational education and highlight the enterprise elements corresponding to one's own major;2.The teaching environment and living area should reflect and integrate the enterprise elements;3.Teaching facilities and equipment should be close to the professional needs to reflect the enterprise elements;4.Improve the utilization rate of slogans,pictures,billboards and add professional information and enterprise elements;5.The school strengthens the guidance to the students to embody the enterprise elements in the campus material culture;6.Teachers should strengthen guidance on students' awareness of paying attention to campus material culture;7.It is necessary to improve the students' self-conscious autonomy in observing the material culture of the campus and embodying the elements of the enterprise.
