Research On Campus Culture Construction Of Higher Vocational Colleges Under The Mode Of School-enterprise Cooperation

With the development of the new era,the market demand for high-quality skilled talents continues to expand,and vocational education is related to the training level of high-quality skilled talents.According to the key points of the national implementation plan for deepening the reform of vocational education issued by the state council in January2019,vocational education has been upgraded to a more central position in educational innovation,reform and development and social and economic development,and is now in the spring of great development.The development of vocational education cannot be separated from school-enterprise cooperation.Under the mode of school-enterprise cooperation,enterprise culture will also influence the campus culture of higher vocational colleges.By creating the campus culture of higher vocational colleges with enterprise characteristics,the educational level of higher vocational colleges will be improved.As there is still a certain gap between the cultural concepts of both schools and enterprises,if the two cultures cannot communicate and integrate well in the process of building campus culture,it will be difficult to give play to the powerful role of campus culture in the process of talent construction,so that the campus culture construction will not achieve outstanding results.This paper mainly selects Z Vocational and Technical college(hereinafter referred to as Z vocational college),a prefecture-level vocational college in Jiangxi province,as the research object,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of campus culture construction in local vocational colleges and relevant strategies based on school-enterprise cooperation mode.In order to further study,the author carried out further investigation on the construction of campus culture,respectively from the aspects of system culture,material culture,spiritual culture level,behavior culture level,such as the four levels of system research on the school campus culture construction situation,coming up from the overall analysis of the achievements and existing problems of campus culture construction,and the problem in the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges to provide solutions,play a strong role of campus culture in higher vocational colleges,to better achieve the cultivation of high-quality skilled personnel,as well as other related types of campus culture construction of higher vocational colleges to provide certain reference basis.
